A section which completes the Main Competition, within which the greatest debuts and second films by the young, promising and talented directors have found their place, and have successfully been presented at the most important international film festivals and owing to the limitations of the competition cannot take part in it. Federico Veiroj, Bogdan George Apetri, Burhan Qurbani, Felipe Bragança, Marina Meliande and Niles Atallah are those names which with no doubt should be remembered."
